Who am i now, and here

Using the metaphor of leaves as migrants, moving to a new country, experiencing culture shock, feeling lost and lonely. With time adapting, then comes the integration: changing one’s cultural identity and gaining a sense of belonging. Just as leaves are mobile as well as fragile, at the mercy of winds and currents, so are migrants facing the unknown. Just as leaves change, come and go with the seasons, so have migrations since the beginning of time.
